LIV Process
Preserving legacy while entering a new phase of growth
The Challenge
Ignite a brand that lives up to its life-saving technology
LIV Process is a biotechnology company that offers solutions for identifying pathogens on surfaces. As they prepared to scale their C. diff visualization technology, they needed an evolved corporate narrative that transcended investor messaging and meaningfully engage health care professionals.
At LIV Process we believe that disease is universal, but surrender doesn’t have to be inevitable. That’s why we designed technology that has the power to instantly detect deadly pathogens with the naked eye. Because seeing isn’t only believing. It’s confronting the threat in full view.

Evolving the visual identity
Drawing from the organization’s heritage pastel tones, the updated palette brings a dynamic and energetic character to the visual identity.
The refreshed logo mark feels bold and connotes a feeling of forward momentum. The three swathes of color are a subtle nod to the brand’s 3-step mechanism of action.
Bringing the scale of the threat into focus
“I thought I was going to die. I just had a baby and felt useless. I kept telling my husband he and the baby were better off without me.”

Introducing a paradigm-shifting technology
Some of the most world-altering discoveries have the simplest executions. The LIV Process C. diff Visualization System brings together technologies used across therapeutic development, biosensing, and molecular biology to shine a light on deadly pathogens.

We’re more than a product. We’re a promise that with the right tools, the places where we heal, learn, and come together will be a little bit safer. And human lives will be spared.
